A four-bedroom, 4 ½-bath condominium unit at The Yacht Club on Terry Cove in Orange Beach has sold for $1.12 million, according to Tim Herrington of Herrington Realty, who represented the seller. James Calvert of REMAX Gulf Shores The Pro Team worked for the buyers.The 3,200-square-foot furnished unit also included two boat slips.
The House of Jerky has opened at The Wharf on the Intracoastal Waterway in Orange Beach, according to Jeff Barnes of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. The new store features a variety of jerky made of beef, alligator,turkey, fish, bacon and other specialty products. The national chain is based in Indiana.
Two condo units on the Gulf Coast will be auctioned next month by Coastal Auction Co. A two-bedroom, two-bath unit in the Back Bay condo complex at 4610 White Ave., in Orange Beach will be offered for sale June 27 at 10 a.m. as part of an estate sale. The 1,080-square-foot unit on Terry Cove unit has been renovated and has new stainless steel appliances. Owners can lease a boat slip in the complex’s 43-slip marina. On June 6, a two-bedroom, two-bath unit in The Landing will be offered for sale at a live auction at 10 a.m. at the condo unit at 1904 West Beach Blvd., in Gulf Shores, according to Coastal.
The Wharf off Canal Road also leased 4,600-square-feet of office space to Keller Williams Realty, according to Jeff Barnes of Stirling Properties. Tom Galloney of Keller Williams represented the real estate agency.
More tenants at The Wharf include Zeal Boutique, a women’s clothing, shoes and accessories store, AlaGulf Realty, The Hot Spot Music & Grub and Shades which has expanded its existing store location, according to Jeff Barnes.
