Judge agrees to reduce bail of Fairhope man accused of murder | AL.com

A Fairhope man arrested in December and booked on a charge of murdering a woman whom he once had a relationship with had his bail reduced in half Thursday by Judge Scott Taylor.

Kenneth M. Styron, 31, is being held in the Baldwin County Corrections Center on $250,000, an amount that was dropped from a previously established $500,000.

In addition, Taylor amended Styron’s bail to require house arrest with GPS ankle monitoring through Baldwin County Community Corrections and that Styron is not to leave Baldwin County without proper notification with authorities, court records show.
