Three names emerge for judicial appointment in Baldwin County | AL.com

Two Eastern Shore attorneys and a current district court judge are vying for Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley’s consideration to serve as a new Baldwin County circuit judge.

Fairhope attorney Clark Stankoski, Daphne attorney William “Bill” Scully Jr., and Fairhope attorney and District Court Judge Scott Taylor are the three names that emerged from a Baldwin County Judicial Commission’s nomination process for appointment to the vacated circuit judge seat.

The three names were publicized in a news release issued Wednesday by Presiding Judge Langford Floyd.
