Victoria Scott Dixon, 22, of Robertsdale, was arrested and booked into the Baldwin County jail Saturday on a pair of second-degree theft charges.Dixon, the daughter of Baldwin County District Attorney Hallie Dixon, was released Sunday on a $10,000 bond. In Alabama, second-degree theft is charged if the value of the stolen property is greater than $500 but less than $2,500. It is considered a Class C felony, which can carry a term of imprisonment of one to 10 years or a $15,000 fine.
