Beginning construction of a Bay Minette elementary school, making further cuts to the Digital Renaissance program and requiring the school system to conduct quarterly town hall meetings within each feeder pattern were some of the proposals for the Baldwin County School system floated Saturday by the Common Sense Campaign tea party organization.
