A 16-year-old and 18-year-old were arrested shortly after midnight on Saturday for allegedly breaking into businesses on East Laurel Avenue
Lt. David White, lead investigator for Foley Police Department, said Joshua Imel, the 18 -year-old, and a juvenile male were arrested following a call about two people standing on the back porch of a business that was closed.
White said the call to FPD came from a subject who lives in the area where the break-ins occurred.
