Samantha Dyess, 16, of Elberta died this week after receiving injuries in a single-car accident near her home in June
Dyess had just completed her sophomore year at Foley High school. She was on life support care for month after the crash at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola. In July she was taken off life-support but remained unconscious and unresponsive. She died Monday, Aug. 24.
