Daphne High School failed to meet the Annual Yearly Progress goals set forth by the No Child Left Behind Act, according to reports released Monday by the Alabama Department of Education.
The school did not make AYP because less than 86 percent of 11th-grade black students and 11th-grade students receiving free or reduced meals scored proficiently on the reading subtest.

GOD is good.
Maybe the school didn’t give out grade points if you brought papertowels to the school. My daughter was told that she could get extra academic credits if she brought paper towels to the school. Sounds like a Notice of Claim to me.
