Shawn Perrigin, 29, of Mississippi was found guilty of three counts of burglary, one of which included a former Baldwin County school principal, in 2008, Baldwin County Circuit Court officials said.
Baldwin County Assistant District Attorney Patrick Pendergrass said Perrigin stole many items, including laptop computers, guns, jewelry, cameras and money from victims in Daphne and Robertsdale. Court officials did not give an estimated value for the stolen items.
According to previous reports, Perrigin broke into the home of former Central Baldwin Middle School Principal Ronnie Green on June 30. When Green came inside from his backyard, Perrigin and an accomplice forced him into a closet with a gun and left with $300 in cash
