In an ongoing lawsuit involving the Baldwin County Board of Education and Orlando and Glynis Bethel, the lawyer representing the school board filed for a protective motion against the Loxley couple on Tuesday.
Baldwin County Circuit Judge Charles Partin will hear the motion for the order at 9 a.m. Feb. 17 that claims the Bethels threatened to use force against school board employees.
In a telephone interview on Wednesday, Glynis Bethel said she owns a BB gun and wants to buy a gun to protect herself from corrupt government officials who are threatening to detain her middle school-aged daughter for truancy.

TO CURRENT BALDWIN COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION’S MEDIA STUNT

We would like to thank GOD first and foremost.
We would like to thank GOD for an obedient and honest Franklin Hayes, a staff reporter from the Mobile Press Register, for an EXCELLENT article which explained in detail the controversy currently between the Baldwin County Board of Education corrupt governmental employees and ourselves (Orlando Bethel and Glynis Bethel).
We would also like to thank GOD for Attorney Andrew T Citrin for training us in Constitutional law when he distributed free chicken and free “Bill of Rights” booklets years ago which enlighten us to our civil and constitutional rights; thus birthing our aggressive stance against government corruption on both a local and national level.
We would also like to thank GOD for the overall media employees who GOD has used to promote the gospel message of JESUS CHIRST continually through the media.
This PRESS RELEASE is a formal announcement that we will not be obeying any of the unlawful and unconstitutional “orders” streaming from the local Baldwin County courts based on the fact that the Constitution DOES NOT allow such “orders” restraining us from PUBLIC places as a result of our Religion and our Religious speech which the courts; attorneys; and the general public has evaluated as “disruptive,” “threatening,” and “harassing.” The local courts have proclaimed our Religion to be a reason for us to have our civil rights taken away from us and banned from PUBLIC places as a result of the others not wanting us around even though we also have equal protection of the laws to frequent PUBLIC places as other citizens in spite of being falsely accused, there are no laws being broken by either ourselves (Orlando Bethel, Glynis Bethel) or their children that would merit the continual “orders” attempting to ban our presence from the entire Baldwin County vicinity including PUBLIC Post Offices; PUBLIC Parks; PUBLIC Libraries; PUBLIC City Halls; PUBLIC Courthouses; PUBLIC Human Resources offices; PUBLIC Meetings; PUBLIC School; or PUBLIC Places of any kind.
This announcement is sent to all the necessary governmental bodies which would be affected by our stance for our Religious liberties and our civil rights which are outlined in the 14th Amendment. We know that a corrupt and tyrannical judge’s illegal “orders” do not have any weight if a righteous law enforcement body will interpret the laws or the Alabama Constitution and the Constitution for themselves and see the judge is operating outside of the laws and in his or her individual capacity in which even the Supreme Court announce that one is NOT obligated to obey any UNLAWFUL orders.
Today I will be applying officially for a gun permit in order to protect my PRIVATE property and to defend myself against the local corrupt governmental officials who have threatened to illegally detain my minor daughter, who is enrolled in an official homeschooled program recognized by the state of Alabama Code 16, without jurisdiction of any laws of Alabama. Thus far a man, an old dilapidated KKK looking “truancy” officer, sent from JaNay Dawson’s (who we have filed a criminal complaint against with the local magistrate in the Town of Loxley) office, has illegally trespassed upon our property operating outside of any laws and in his INDIVIDUAL capacity. As law abiding citizens, we have the right to protect our daughter from any person threatening to detain or kidnap her illegally and unlawfully. Thus far, our children have been kidnapped; abandoned; and traumatized by the local government while Federal Judges, District Attorney, etc. render no help, but we are capable of defending ourselves. A right given to us by GOD, to cast out devils, and a overall common sense legal right.
Through these unlawful actions against myself and my family, the Baldwin County Board of Education corrupt governmental officials have attempted to intimidate, harass and created entrapment tactics in order for me to drop the current litigation against them; however, I will not be fearful and I will continue to trust that GOD will back me as I continue to fight for Religious Liberties in this county and in the United States of America.
As far as the publicity stunt by the corrupt Attorney Mark Boardman, the 2nd Amendment allows the right to bear arms in a public and private place to any and every citizen. If a “protective order” is needed for a person who possess a gun then each and every person registered with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s office would also be subject to a protective order.
Currently there is a document or motion, with multiple perjured statements and governmental entrapment tactics orchestrated by a criminal attorney (also a party to the criminal conspiracy to violate constitutional rights), before Judge Partin for a “protective order” attempting to further ban ourselves from PUBLIC places in Baldwin County in which we plan to ignore if Judge Partin, operating in his own capacity, grants such an unlawful and illegal injunction. Thus far, the Baldwin County courts has attempted to ban us from a PUBLIC library located in Daphne (in which we have already visited this library subsequent to the illegal “order” and enjoyed, as other citizens, the right to be present in a PUBLIC place while still holding on to our Religious opinions and Religious speech)
On Thursday, February 19, 2009 two events will be taking place:
1. We will be at the Loxley Elementary School in order to enroll our ten-year-old son in the Baldwin County PUBLIC School in obedience to the Constitution which allows EQUAL protection of the laws. We understand that there is a current illegal and unconstitutional “order” initiate unlawfully by the corrupt Judge James Reid; however, this unlawful “order” banning us from a PUBLIC place will be ignored and we will be present on the PUBLIC property, street, sidewalk and INSIDE of the public building at the Loxley Elementary School;
2. We will be attending the PUBLIC Baldwin County Board of Education meeting INSIDE of the PUBLIC building located in the Instructional Resource Center in Bay Minette, Alabama;
3. We will also be protesting the Baldwin County Board of Education on the PUBLIC property located in Bay Minette, Alabama;

She calls herself attorney, pre se. Anybody know what that means? Never heard of it.
Thank God for the constitution but if Glynis is who she says she is, and truly believes what she preaches, then wouldn’t the Bible trump the Constitution - I cannot think of a single time one conflicts with the other, actually. Why, could it be that the framers of the Constitution were men of God?
Pro Se is latin for “for oneself” for instance…It’s cheaper to represent oneself in frivilous lawsuits if one represents themself pro se.
I’m no attorney, and I do not maintain a middle school civics book, but I wonder what the grounds for a class action suit would be for a large group of people sued without cause by the same person.
Glynis, would a $250,000 judgement against you change your mind about your continuous suits? Please do not take this the wrong way. I’m merely curious and not so legally adept as you.

This is an ongoing fight. We have now decided that Glynis Bethel’s only purpose in life, besides throwing out the name of our Blessed Lord, is to find a way to keep her family from starving to death. She, along with her family, has alienated herself and her family by riding them in a van covered in judgements proferred her by her vindictive “god” and by noting to everyone who disagrees with them that their “Constitutional rights” have been constantly violated. Note that I did not capitalize “god.” My God, is a loving God, who when called upon will listen to the hearts of men and women who are of clean heart, spirit, and mind. He offers His Son as a Sacrifice for our sins, that whoever believes on the name of Jesus as his/her Lord and Savior will be forgiven and will inherit the kingdom of God. God did love the world so much that he gave His only Son.
Why would God change now, at the Bethel’s insistence? Do they read the same scriptures I do? I have been told that you can interpret the scriptures to say anything you want, but is it of God? I know that God wants every soul of man, His greatest creation, to succeed in finding his way back to the Father, but God knows that human nature will not allow for all to follow.
Remember Jesus states that there will be false prophets. I know not for sure if Glynis and Orlando Bethel are false prophets. I would not even presume to believe that I could even come close to judgement as only the one true God can do. I take a chance on commiting my soul to everlasting damnation. I must set God-like examples in my behavior. I have to “walk the walk and talk the talk.” If I fail to make God proud of my attempt to find Him, it is between God and myself.
To continually torture people, individuals and groups with an interpretation of the scriptures that most of us disagree with is turning people away from the light. (This has nothing to do with what is being said by the Bethel’s for they spout the scriptures word for word. It has everything to do with the example they are showing. It is a “you do it my way or else” attitude that the Constitution should protect me and every other tax paying citizen from.)
We can keep this in debate forever. It is wrong, in my opinion, for a single individual to upset the status quo. State your beliefs and then attempt to bring truth to them. If I choose to believe you word for word then I will follow your teachings. (I truly believe that no-one in my opinion really knows for sure except GOD and although I get satisfaction out of what some people interpret and preach, I follow that with prayer and investigations of my own.)
Just because you spout scripture and because you say it is so, doesn’t mean it is. Look at the many failed televangelists who were found to be as human as the next person. Look at the people who, in the name of God, took from the poor so they might live prosperously. Look at the people who use God as an excuse for behaving the way they do. The false prophets are out there. It is our task, through prayer and discernment to determine who they are.
