Officials beefed up security at the Baldwin County School Board meeting Thursday night, after a parent’s threat.
Five patrol cars and at least eight sheriff’s deputies were on hand at the meeting in Bay Minette. Officials tell NBC 15 News that a parent had threatened to shoot people in the foot, earlier in the week. The parent has had several run-ins with truancy officers, according to school sources.

There was no need to “beef up” security at the board meeting as long as the “truancy” officer does not step foot on my PRIVATE property attempting to “detain” my minor daugher illegally and unlawfully who was withdrawn from the Baldwin County Public Schools as of December 02, 2008 and enrolled in an official homeschool program legally according to the Alabama law code 16.

Glynis my dear… how many teachers will lose their jobs, how many familys will crumble due to the cost of your lawsuits. God is, infact, very good; however, I cannot recall a single case where God sued anyone.
It would be one thing if a suit was filed to protect free speech, it is another thing entirely when one asks for monetary compensation.

What would it cost to get you to drop these lawsuits and return the textbooks? Would $250,000 do it? I think you’ll have to wait until they recover from the proration and then pay off the teacher’s union before you’ll ever see a dime.

Tom-The-Beer-Man, why doesn’t corrupt attorney Mark Boardman work for free? I do. Why doesn’t he just do the legal stuff pro bone? They have an attorney who sits on the board. Why doesn’t he also just represent the poor (pun intended) little school board for free? Why don’t they just allow me to use the building like the other church they allow to use the building? It is based upon the Baldwin County School Bord denying me my constitutional rights.

You err. My constitutional rights, in which you have agreed, also includes the 2nd Amendment which was designed for corrupt governmental officials and EXACTly what I am experiencing. I have a right to defend myself and my daughter from the corrupt Faron Hollinger, JaNay Dawson and their corrupt “truancy” officer following me around town to harass me OUTSIDE of any law which would give him the authority to do so. I am not breaking any laws. The Baldwin County Board of Education’s criminal principal is the one who sent me a perjured letter stating that not only was my daugther a “truancy” case, but also she would be “detained.” My daughter had been officially withdrawn from the PUBLIC school system for about two weeks already.
We have filed multiple lawsuits in order to get relief, but the Federal judges are just as corrupt and criminal as the officials here in Baldwin County. You need to read your Bible…boy. It states that I am to resist the devil and he will flee.

I will defend myself and my daughter from any KKK, old, delapidated man following us around and threathening to illegally detain my daugther OUTSIDE of the laws of this state and operating in his INDIVIDUAL capacity. Even Governor Bob Riley declared that a person can use self defense in order to protect his or her property. This is an Alabama law. Why do you think this law is only for civilians? We have the authority from GOD to defend ourselves from the devil and his angels.
This is ONLY a publicity stunt by the extortionist Mark Boardman, who believes that he is going to use emotional tactics to sway Judge Partin into breaking the laws and ruling outside of the constitution of Alabama and the United States. So far, I have submitted MULTIPLE motions to dismiss with laws to justify, but as usual, the judge ignores the laws and is allowing this frivilous lawsuit to continue.
Yes, I would settle for $250,000.00. I was going to settle for about $50,000.00, but this lastest stunt has caused me even more public humiliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, anguish, pain and suffering. To answer your question, I have attempted to settle with the Baldwin County Board of Education, but their strategy is to harass and intimidate me and hope that I will backdown, bit is is not happening. I have dropped lawsuits in times past, but THIS ONE will NEVER be dropped. I have submitted multiple “Notice of Claims” on behalf of my children, too. Alabama law allows for them to file a lawsuit, as well, when they turn 18-year-old; therefore, we are in this for the long haul. No matter how many times they go to the criminal Baldwn County courts to strongarm them or the judges to join their conspiracy against us, we still will fight. Thus far, the Baldwin County Board of Education’s pleads for restraining orders STILL HAVE NOT BEEN EFFECTIVE in stopping me from pursuing my rights to civil and Religious liberties. So far, they have been blackballed in the media; became a a part of a circus; the Internet has the Baldwin County Board of Eduation looking like the clowns that they are.

I beg to differ about not filing lawsuit for “money.” If you would do just basic research in middle school Civics, the main purpose of a lawsuit is to get MONEY damages. I don’t need to file a lawsuit for just my freedom of speech. I have freedom of speech that is due to me by the Constitution. I don’t have to file a lawsuit for my freedom of speech, I am filing a lawsuit to get MONEY because my freedom of speech was taken away from me by the government which is a viable claim.
