The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a double shooting on County Road 62 and Ard Road. That’s near Rosinton.
Spokesperson Anthony Lowery says one person was flown by helicopter to the hospital. The other was waiting on a flight for treatment.
Invesitgators say the shootings appear to be from a domestic dispute.
James Cowan was pronounced dead at the hospital, Baldwin County investigators said. An update on Pamela Cowan’s condition was not available this afternoon.

I was married to his father for 8 years. James Cowan’s father committed suicide in 1987. This incident doesn’t surprise me. James cowan Jr. was my stepson.
