Former Baldwin County DA talks about DUI arrest

A former Baldwin County district attorney arrested for driving under the influence said he used “terrible judgment” when he got behind the wheel after drinking for three hours.

David Whetstone said he was “extremely embarrassed” about his arrest Friday.

Whetstone believed the test measured his blood alcohol level between .10 and .13. It’s illegal for drivers to have a level of 0.08 or higher in Alabama.
