Three previously approved large subdivisions have been given two more years to complete infrastructure that complies with county regulations.

• Highlands at Fish River, featuring 101 lots on 39 acres on the east side of Bohemian Hall Road, across from Baldwin County 48, in the Silverhill area.
• Lakewalk Subdivision, a 242-lot project on 78 acres near Baldwin County highways 24 and 55 in the Foley area.
• Longleaf Phase I, a 76-lot subdivision on 38 acres near the intersection of Ala. 225 and Baldwin County 40 in the Crossroads area.

Planning commission grants time extensions
