Alabama Revenue Commissioner Tim Russell will speak at “Coffee with the Mayor” 8:30 a.m. Thursday at City Hall.

Russell, former Foley mayor, will discuss property taxes and homeowners insurance over coffee and pastries with city leaders and local residents.

“I know as a citizen and the mayor that taxes and insurance is on everyone’s mind, not only in Daphne but in the entire Baldwin County area,” Mayor Fred Small said.
