A pharmacist from South Baldwin Hospital has been arrested and charged with stealing pills.

Paul Lovelace, 56, was arrested Thursday in Fairhope. Police say a warrant for theft of property. An investigation revealed that Lovelace stole about 8,940 prescription and non-prescription pills over a period of one year, police said. An additional 150-200 pills were found at Lovelace’s home, police said.
