Hundreds of people turned out for a political rally in Robertsdale Saturday. One former P.O.W. was also there. Colonel Bud Day says he shared a cell with the man he hopes will soon lead the nation.
It looked a lot like an old fashion political rally at the Baldwin County Coliseum. Republican candidates for local, state, and national office were invited.
Colonel Bud Day isn’t running for office. He’s campaigning for Senator John McCain. Day said he and the republican presidential candidate have much more than party politics in common.
