Foley Cheerleader Mom in Court

The Foley Cheerleader Association mom accused of stealing almost $10,000 dollars from the organization says she is innocent.

Brandy Flowers is accused of using cheerleader money to pay for things like cell phone and electricity bills and even a meal at McDonalds. Prosecutors say flowers used her position for personal gain. Her case will now go before a grand jury. Investigators say by the time they are through Flowers could face up to 30 theft and fraud charges.
