Investigators in Baldwin County say Thomas Pinion abused a five-year old relative at a home in the Lake Forest Subdivision. A grand jury indicted Pinion earlier this week on one count of 1st degree sexual abuse. But authorities can’t find him.
“We believe he’s somewhere in South Carolina,” says Major Anthony Lowery with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office. “We were told by his family that he moved up there to work at a cabinet shop, but we can’t confirm that.”
Thomas Pinion’s wife is the former director of Care House, a Baldwin County organization that helps sexually abused children.
