City still concerned about Foley school construction sites

Concerns over flooding and traffic at school construction sites have city officials asking the Baldwin County Board of Education to seek independent evaluations of the projects.

Mayor John Koniar last week sent a letter to Faron Hollinger, Baldwin County superintendent of schools, requesting that third-party engineers be hired to look over drainage and traffic patterns for Foley middle and elementary schools under construction on U.S. 98.
