Armed with a three-year contract extension, Baldwin County Public Schools Superintendent Faron Hollinger now turns his attention to improving a growing school system.
In a wide-ranging interview with the Baldwin Register, Hollinger said he wants to improve student performance, continue an aggressive construction plan and improve work-force training. And to accomplish those goals, the superintendent wants to implement a management philosophy known as the “Baldrige Model.”
