University of South Alabama joins the 20th century with new Web site

The University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business Center for Real Estate Studies recently launched its first Web site, which includes local real estate market information such as pricing and sales trends. The site includes Baldwin Market Watch and Mobile Market Watch, downloadable analysis of real estate market data for both counties.

USA introduces new Web site

Wow, this is cutting edge stuff. A web site? That’s awesome. They even have their information posted in that easy to access format known as a PDF file. I bet they have email newsletters, too.

Why not give the public something useful? PDF’s are for printing. Who wants to print out real estate data? We want an RSS feed or a searchable database. Web 2.0, anyone?
