The Orange Beach Public Library on Thursday began offering its members free use of the online language-learning software Rosetta Stone. Instruction is offered in seven languages — English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Russian and Spanish — through the program, according to the library. Users must be members of the Orange Beach institution, though residency in the south Baldwin city is not required to obtain a library card.
