SB44/HB27 - To create an Alabama Boxing Commission
HB99 - Making bongs illegal
HB206 - Allowing for medicinal use of marijuana

According to my commenters (who probably actually read the bill instead of the summary as I did), they were actually targetting crack pipes, not bongs.
Which makes me wonder if bongs are already illegal.
